I just want to thank all you parents for such a great year with your wonderful children! They are such a nice group of boys and girls. They are caring, kind, fun, hard working, smart, fantastic friends, and good helpers! We have had a super 1st grade year! We have laughed together, and, yes, cried together, joked together, and of course learned together. We have learned A LOT! I have seen your children grow & mature Spiritually, Academically, Physically, Emotionally, and Religiously! I Thank you, Parents, for all your help with your children this year. Please continue to have your children READ, PRAY, practice addition math facts, READ, PRAY, practice subtraction math facts, READ, PRAY, then READ & PRAY again!!!! Have a fantastic Summer!!
Field Day is Tuesday, June 2nd!!
On this day, your child has been assigned a “Team” for the day & your child needs to wear that color shirt (T-Shirt) on this day. Here is a list of what your child should wear: * A T-Shirt the color of their team * Tennis shoes/Gym Shoes, (NO crocs, NO sandals, NO flip-flops). * Put sunscreen on your child before they come to school. * BRING a WATER BOTTLE!!! * Your child WILL get wet, so have them bring a full change of clothes!! Their Gym Uniforms work well, Or, A shirt & shorts or pants , Underwear, Socks & Shoes
Send in a BAG on Monday, June 1st
Please send a bag in with your child on Monday, June 1st. We will be cleaning out our desks and your child will need an extra bag to bring home all their books, papers, markers/pens, etc. Their backpack will NOT be big enough for all the things your child will be bringing home! Thank you!
Public Library Summer Reading Program!!
Sister Audrey has also found a summer reading program at the Public Library!! We sent a pamphlet, “Summer Spark,” home with your child last week with the details in it.
Upcoming Events
6/1 8th Grade Graduation-6:30pm. 6/1 Please send in a bag with your child. We will be cleaning out our desks and your child will need an extra bag to bring home all their books, papers, etc. The backpack will NOT be big enough for all the things your child will be bringing home! Thank you!
6/2 Field Day!! Please see the list below to see what color team your child is on, and what color shirt he/she should wear this day!
6/3 Last Day of School for this school year. Mass at 9:45am. Please join us! Dismissal is at 11:45am!
